1	11-01-2020	Intra-Department IT fest-2019	The idea of conducting “Intra-Department IT fest “ on 11.01.2020 was ignited by the “Tech Informatics “ the IT society of the college headed by Mr. Amar Preet Singh Sijher, Head of Department of Computer Application . The motive of this event was to develop various skills of students in Co-Curricular activities and to expose them to the current trends in the technical and professional fields.The chief guest Prof (Dr.) Nisha Aggarwal highlighted different ways in which students can come up with the ideas of innovation and can do remarkable things with the resources available in the country. The Intra-Department IT fest  included various events : IT QUIZ,COLLAGE MAKING,POWER-POINT PRESENTATION,EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY,MOVIE MAKING,WEB DESIGNING,DANCE,ONLONE POSTER MAKING,LAN GAMING,SOLO SINGING.
2	14 October 2019	Interaction and Scholarship Test in collaboration with “9i Technologies Institute“	The event was organised in collaboration with “9i Technologies Institute“it offered a scholarship programme to the students of BCA to sharpen their technical skills. The programme includes free training courses for: Web designing, Communication skills,Tally, PHP, JAVA, Android. 9I Technologies is an organisation that helps the learners to connect with any technology that is coming up in the field of IT and communication. They are Master Trainer for Android Development Program under Telecom Sector Skill Council – a consortium of all Telecom Companies for conducting Android Training Program.In this event more than 100 students participated and discussed about their interest in various application areas of information technology. The students were made aware about latest developments in the field of – Digital Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, React JS, Node JS and Big Data. 39 students are selected for free internship for Java, PHP, Android and Comm.
